Washington DC engagement photographer – Sam & Michelle
Sam and Michelle had asked me to come down to Washington DC for a sunrise engagement session. i was pretty excited going into it. I had photographed a wedding the night before but my friend Dave and I made the 2.5hr trip. we woke up at 5:30am, going on 2hrs of sleep, to meet up with Sam and Michelle. I had a tall can of Red Bull and large cup of coffee before we started so i was ready to go.

hot! it was a hot day for an engagment shoot. no clouds to be found, but we managed. we started off the day at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square PA. the place is gorgeous. i took along an assistant with me, Dave Pak. had him shoot some photo and video from his perspective. i was pretty impressed with some of his shots.
after shooting in the gardens, we headed down the street to Chaddsford Winery. took a couple photos there and ended the session with a wine tasting. great stuff.
